  • Bethany Moore

    Vice President of Operations

Bethany oversees operations, facility management, and the systems that support both the horses and the people served by the organization. With more than a decade of experience in private horse training and senior operational support within a fast-paced commercial barn housing over 80 horses, her work is rooted in hands-on care, collaboration, and a clear understanding of the daily needs of both equine and human partners.

Bethany is deeply committed to helping horses transition into their next chapter while creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect with them through learning, healing, and shared experience. Guided by a belief in the horse’s ability to foster hope, resilience, and growth, she is dedicated to cultivating an environment where horses and humans alike feel supported, valued, and welcomed as they grow together.

  • Aubrie Benson

Aubrie serves as the barn manager, where she brings dedication, curiosity, and a genuine love for horses to her role each day. She has worked in the equine world for the past couple of years, gaining hands-on experience and a growing appreciation for the care, routine, and teamwork that keep a barn running smoothly. Aubrie is the proud owner of her gelding, Jett, who holds a special place in her heart and continues to inspire her passion for horsemanship.

Outside of the barn, Aubrie is a talented wedding and special memory photographer, capturing meaningful moments and telling stories through her lens. She is excited to continue learning, developing her skills, and growing alongside the foundation, and looks forward to being part of a community that values both people and horses.
